These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Rec10bit PRO ("the App"), a macOS screen recording and screenshot application developed by Gyou.Gi ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (Apple's "Licensed Application End User License Agreement").
The App includes a 7-day free trial that begins on first launch. During the trial you may record and capture, but the output carries a visible watermark. The trial is managed by the App on your device and does not require any purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment information. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policies; please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
You are solely responsible for what you record and capture. You must not use the App to record content you have no right to record, or in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or recordings, arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Gyou.Gi（以下「当方」）が開発する macOS 向け画面録画・スクリーンショットアプリ「Rec10bit PRO」（以下 「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。本アプリをダウンロードまたは 使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
当方は、Apple のメディアサービス利用規約（Apple の「ライセンス 供与されたアプリケーションのエンドユーザー使用許諾契約」）の範囲で、 お客様が所有または管理する Apple デバイス上で本アプリを使用する、 個人的・譲渡不可・非独占的なライセンスを付与します。
本アプリには初回起動から 7 日間の無料トライアルが含まれます。 トライアル期間中も録画・撮影は可能ですが、出力には透かしが表示され ます。トライアルは本アプリがお客様のデバイス上で管理し、購入は 不要です。
すべての購入は App Store を通じて Apple が処理します。当方が お客様の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。返金は App Store の ポリシーに従って Apple が対応します。返金のご依頼は Apple サポートへ お問い合わせください。
録画・撮影する内容についてはお客様が単独で責任を負います。録画する 権利のないコンテンツの録画や、適用される法令または第三者の権利を 侵害する方法での利用を行ってはなりません。
本アプリは、法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、いかなる種類の 保証もなく「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本アプリが中断なく、 またはエラーなく動作することを保証しません。
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、当方は、本アプリの使用に 起因する間接的・付随的・結果的損害、またはデータや録画の損失に ついて一切の責任を負いません。
当方は本規約を随時更新することがあります。最新版は常に本 URL に 新しい「最終更新日」とともに掲載されます。
本規約は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず、日本法に準拠します。

在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带或 后果性损害，或任何数据或录像的丢失，我们概不负责。
我们可能会不时更新本条款。最新版本将始终以新的“最后更新日期” 发布于本网址。
本条款受日本法律管辖，不考虑法律冲突原则。
