These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Rec10bit PRO ("the App"), a macOS screen recording and screenshot application developed by GLSPACE Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (Apple's "Licensed Application End User License Agreement").
2. Free trial
The App includes a 7-day free trial that begins on first launch. During the trial you may record and capture, but the output carries a visible watermark. The trial is managed by the App on your device and does not require any purchase.
3. One-time purchase
- Rec10bit PRO is unlocked by a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The price is shown in the App before purchase (e.g. US$29.99; other regions are converted by Apple).
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- This is not a subscription. There is no auto-renewal, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
- The purchase removes the watermark and unlocks unlimited recording permanently for the Apple Account used to buy it. If you move to another Mac or reinstall the App, use "Restore Purchases" on the paywall to unlock it again at no additional cost.
- Until the purchase is made, the App runs in its 7-day trial state and afterwards in its locked (paywalled) state.
Note: versions before 1.3 offered an auto-renewable monthly subscription. That product has been removed from sale and replaced by the one-time purchase described above.
4. Payments and refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment information. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policies; please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
5. Acceptable use
You are solely responsible for what you record and capture. You must not use the App to record content you have no right to record, or in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or recordings, arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、GLSPACE 株式会社（以下「当方」）が開発する macOS 向け画面録画・スクリーンショットアプリ「Rec10bit PRO」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. ライセンス
当方は、Apple のメディアサービス利用規約（Apple の「ライセンス供与されたアプリケーションのエンドユーザー使用許諾契約」）の範囲で、お客様が所有または管理する Apple デバイス上で本アプリを使用する、個人的・譲渡不可・非独占的なライセンスを付与します。
2. 無料トライアル
本アプリには初回起動から 7 日間の無料トライアルが含まれます。トライアル期間中も録画・撮影は可能ですが、出力には透かしが表示されます。トライアルは本アプリがお客様のデバイス上で管理し、購入は不要です。
3. 買い切り購入について
- Rec10bit PRO は一度の買い切り購入（非消耗型のアプリ内課金）で解除されます。価格は購入前にアプリ内に表示されます（例：US$29.99、その他の地域は Apple が換算）。
- 購入確定時に、お客様の Apple アカウントに料金が請求されます。
- サブスクリプションではありません。自動更新や継続課金はなく、解約の手続きも不要です。
- 購入により透かしが除去され、無制限の録画が永続的に解除されます（購入に使用した Apple アカウントに紐づきます）。Mac の買い替えや再インストールの際は、ペイウォールの「購入を復元」から追加費用なしで再度解除できます。
- 購入前は 7 日間のトライアル状態で動作し、トライアル終了後はロック（ペイウォール）状態になります。
注：バージョン 1.3 より前は自動更新の月額サブスクリプションを提供していました。当該商品は販売を終了し、上記の買い切り購入に置き換えられました。
4. 支払いと返金
すべての購入は App Store を通じて Apple が処理します。当方がお客様の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。返金は App Store のポリシーに従って Apple が対応します。返金のご依頼は Apple サポートへお問い合わせください。
5. 許容される利用
録画・撮影する内容についてはお客様が単独で責任を負います。録画する権利のないコンテンツの録画や、適用される法令または第三者の権利を侵害する方法での利用を行ってはなりません。
6. 保証の否認
本アプリは、法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、いかなる種類の保証もなく「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本アプリが中断なく、またはエラーなく動作することを保証しません。
7. 責任の制限
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、当方は、本アプリの使用に起因する間接的・付随的・結果的損害、またはデータや録画の損失について一切の責任を負いません。
8. 変更
当方は本規約を随時更新することがあります。最新版は常に本 URL に新しい「最終更新日」とともに掲載されます。
9. 準拠法
本規約は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず、日本法に準拠します。
